If that credit is not used within a couple of billing periods, PayPal Credit will issue a refund on the next billing statement after that and then cut you a paper cheque or even put the funds back into your PayPal balance (if PayPal Credit choose to do that). But credit industry standard seems to be that a cheque is mailed after a couple billing periods.
