PayPal credit

So I have reached my PayPal credit limit if I pay my payment that is needed, will it return my balance/limit back to regular credit??? Or does it not

If the credit limit was exceeded (meaning you spent over) and PayPal didn't increase the credit limit, then when you make a payment, your credit limit should be what it was when it was exceeded.
