Does the restaurant accept payment by PayPal? If so, PayPal Credit may be a funding option. The system will determine what funding options are allowed at the time of payment, based on its evaluation of the potential risk of issues like the possibility of unauthorized access, for instance.
If the restaurant does not accept PayPal payments, PayPal Credit cannot be used. PayPal Credit is not designed to be used outside the PayPal system.
