So I received a letter in the mail about a month ago reminding me I have PayPal Credit which I completely forgot about and it said I could link it to my account to start using it. Sadly I have been trying to link it since Friday and it keeps saying the system is upgrading and nobody on the phone can do anything about it either. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how long these upgrades typically take?
