I had just paid of my PayPal credit monthly statement before I requested a refund for item which was on last months statement. This item is know shown as refunded on my PayPal account but no balance appears. Where will my money be? And Will I receive a refund for the item I paid last month when I paid of my statement which has now been refunded?
Thanks for reaching out, great question! Your credit will reflect as a credit balance on your PayPal Credit. Normally they will send you a check if not used within 2-3 months. Just in case you need it, here's a great Help Center article that shows How a refund is credited .
