Hi, I payed for a holiday with my paypal credit then payed it all off. My holiday was then cancelled and I received the refund back into my credit account (which has nothing to pay, £0). I can't see any way to take the money from the credit and move it to my bank/regular PayPal. Can anyone help? Thanks!
This is what happens in the US, don't know if it is the same with UK, but if you do not use the refund credit in a couple of billing cycles, then a refund is eventually issued in the next billing cycle and a refund cheque will be mailed out to you. If their policy is to transfer the funds back to your PayPal balance, then that will be done.
