I have received a refund to PayPal credit but due to covid19 it was delayed and I have now already paid off the balance.
The refund is showing as received but my PayPal credit balance is still £0 so not showing as a positive balance, so I don't know where the refund actually is.
Secondly if it does show up eventually is there a way to withdraw it or transfer it?
