I tried to purchase a $800 welder on Ebay on 9/9/18. I was paying using PayPal credit and using a coupon code, which didn't work. I talked to the seller and they said they would cancel and refund the order so I could try again as it was an Ebay discount not through them. They refunded it, got the notification from PayPal, and reordered the welder. Code didn't work again so it was the same $800. Its 11/27/18 today and I noticed I still show both $800 transactions under my special financing tabs. One only has about a $100 balance remaining the other still has the full amount remaining. PayPal sure doesnt make it easy to chat with a human. I was able to email them but haven't heard back. I'm at work at the moment so i wanted to do a live chat or email but they sure like to keep things automated, and apparently unresolved.
