Hi, so I have bought a Macbook using PayPal credit for monthly instalments and got a message from Apple saying my transaction has been put on hold by PayPal. Could anyone explain why this is and how I can resolve this? I’ve tried speaking to an Agent but due to COVID-19 it appears there is no staff to talk to. This honestly is extremely frustrating as I have a lot of work due.
