PayPal credit incorrect information please try again issue

Trying to make use of the 0% credit over 4 months. Been getting numerous emails from PayPal saying I was eligible for it. I'm now trying to use it for a purchase and I keep getting this error-: Please check your personal details have been entered correctly and try again. I've tried numerous different ways of entering my address etc but no luck Does anyone have any idea how to fix it? Thanks

This sounds like a frustrating situation. To get this resolved I would recommend contacting our PayPal credit team directly. You will find the contact number here
