I have a credit limit for $2800 but it doesn't work I've tried a million different ways and stores. I even contacted PayPal and I don't think they even read my question because the answer made no sense and I tried contacting them 3 times. What has to happen to get this corrected. Wow PayPal
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
