Is PayPal processing having an outage today, Feb 28,2020? Transactions using PayPal credit appear as usual during the process. Login redirect happens as is typical and the window contents and transaction time all appear normal. But the merchant states that the Paypal transaction “failed” . I can not log into my Paypal Credit account online. The login credentials are requested but just the twirling “busy signal” icon appears without any error message or further data from Paypal Credit. The customer services department closed at 11p ET so I have not tried calling them. Can anyone reveal the extent of the situation and if there is word from PayPal Credit on when they expect to have their issues resolved?
