Hi, Does anyone know how to change their address for PayPal credit? I keep getting mail sent to my parents address as that is my old address but don’t know how to change it. I have the correct address on my PayPal account but my credit account letters are going to my parents. Thanks in advance
I've been trying to update mine for the last month as well, but finally had success this morning.
Get the paypal app, and on it is a link to paypal credit. The app version (at least the Android version as of 1/26/2020) will allow you to update your contact information. I double checked after, and the updated information did carry through to the account as accessed with the website.
