PayPal Technical Issues

Hello!

 

I've only been a PP Credit user for a month and I have had the following two issues:  1)  Not being able to make a payment online, and 2) Not being able to open my statement.  I paid the account in full, via chat screen, before I received my statement notice, however, I still would like to open my bill.  Lots of tools in place for me to be able to determine purchases and such, so not a huge deal.  But dang, it's only been thirty days and already drama. 

 

Is this normal?  Because I've only had good experiences with PP and truthfully expected the same experience with PP Credit.  Thus far I am VERY unimpressed. 😞
