I am trying to make a payment to my PayPal credit account. But it keeps asking me to link my bank account first. I try to link my bank account and it won't let me. My question is can i bypass this or make a payment without linking my bank?

You can make PayPal Credit payments with your bank or PayPal balance. What error do you get when you try to link your bank?
