PayPal Credit syncing with Quickbooks Online issues

My paypal credit account has been spotty for about 6 months with the updates to QBO. Now it seems to have stopped again. When I disconnect and reconnect, it only shows me my paypal account as an option, not the paypal credit account. Is there an issue with synchrony?
