PayPal Credit re-apply

Ok, so... Yesterday i applied for the PayPal Credit and it was actually SEPA approved, i got the e-mail with 3 sorts of code. In that particular moment i changed my mind and didn’t made the purchase. Today i applied for the same product (what to say, changed my mind again) and got declined. What should i do?
