PayPal Credit question

I applied for and received credit today with PayPal. However when I try to use it to purchase thru the Canon website it keeps saying there is an error. Canon is saying it is on the end of PayPal. And now I see PayPal is saying there are 2 transactions for Canon (should be just one) pending action from Canon. Ugh.
I have already spent over 2 hours between being on hold and speaking with customer representatives.
How do I get the transactions to delete/stop....I do not need 2 large transactions going thru!

Alright. This happened with me and coincidentally on Canon website.

For the last whole week I was trying to find out why there are two 'pending' payments for one purchase. I messaged Paypal impotent support service where support people think that after you will be staring at the monitors for whole day and night until his highness some support rep shows up. Anyway someone left an entirely wrong reply for which I .... I educated him that you are wrong. Anyway he was not able to correctly give any answer to why there are 2 pending payments. After 4 days, I can see my complain is still 'Active' in the message centre and nobody has even care to close it, let alone bothered to reply to it. This all shows how incompetent paypal customer agents are.

Then I contacted Paypal Support on Twitter. He was good in responding and tried to solve as much as he could. But he said his limitations are that they cannot be of much help in Paypal Credit issue which is a specialised department. He suggested me to give a call to Paypal Support. I was reluctant as in the past I never had good experience with support calls either. They are some dumb rude people despite you being polite. My last call to support was cut on my face by that rude customer agent.

Call was attended by a great lady, <removed>, who finally gave me the right answer. She was very polite with awesome attitude towards customers. She said with some sites this happens and think of it as a ghost authorisation which will disappear in 5-7 days. For this two liner answer Paypal incompetent staff made me go round in circles. So there you have it!
