7 days ago, I tried to purchase a graphics card on line - the vendor had a banner saying "0% for 12 months with PayPal", so I clicked that, and went to the basket page and tried to check out.
Sadly, I got a message saying "Something went wrong", and that was the end of it. The card was removed from my basket and I couldn't add it again.
My guess is that they had a few in stock, and they were sold by the time I went to click the "pay with paypal credit" option. I phoned them, and they told me to contact paypal and that an order was never placed in their system.
Paypal help says to contact the vendor, or "click cancel" on the pending transaction.
There is no cancel option.
I can't use the paypal credit for any other purchases as this "pending" transaction has taken my "credit available" to nearly zero.
How can I get this transaction taken off?
