PayPal Credit payment methods

Is there not any other option than linking a bank account to make a PayPal credit payment? I’ve tried several times to link my bank account and I never receive the deposit/withdrawal. My deadline is now in 3 days and I’m freaking out. Why isn’t there an option to pay with my linked debit cards or PayPal money? How can I resolve this?
