PayPal Credit overdue

I have written to Paypal several times about my pay credit arrears each time automatic message come up  I have explained why the delay paying my arrears and now their put the charge on me again making the arrears grow I need them to look into my emails and try to come to an agreement with me

Emails doesn't seem to be working and no one here can get PayPal to read the emails from you.
