I was trying to send a payment to a seller using the new PayPal Credit. It said that my credit limit was $1000 so when I tried to make a payment for $967 with the credit, it kept on denying it saying the credit card was invalid. It said
"We are sorry, but we could not complete this payment, because it has been denied by the card issuer. Please retry with a different card or funding option to continue with the payment."
But when I went on the FAQ it says I should resolve my issue with the card issuer, but my card issuer is PayPal! Even when I tried to call customer service, it was a robot talking to me and nothing got resolved because it never gave me an option to state my problem...
The payment only worked after I sent the money using my own credit card. Does anyone know why the PayPal credit doesn't work?
