My son had to curtail his trip to the US and returned in April rather than July as scheduled because of the current CV19 situation. I had re-arrange his ticket with the agency who said the airline would have to charge £370 to change the original inbound ticket. I did and paid using PayPal credit.
Can I claim the additional cost of curtailment from PayPal?
I have messaged PayPal and they have not yet responded.
