PayPal Credit account is in credit from a refund. Can I withdraw it?

I purchased something with PayPal Credit for £249 and already payed back £200 (so £49 left to pay). I returned the item for a full refund which has gone back to the PayPal Credit account. So now I am in credit of £200 after them taking the remaining £49. How can I withdraw that £200 pound back? It shows on my account -£200.
