PayPal Credit Unavailable - HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

I cannot get into PayPal Credit to set up a payment. This has been going on for 7-10 days now. When I try to get into PayPal Credit from the main Paypal page, I get a Bad Header error page - HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request.  When will this be fixed?
