Hi, On the 6/7/20 a refund of $99.99 was issued to my PayPal Credit account from a dispute a few months back, only I had already completely cleared my account balance and on my PayPal credit account it still lists the balance as 0 but on activity it lists the refund as completed so essentially the money seems to have been lost. I’ve tried contacting PayPal both over the phone and on messages to find out where the refund is and how I can get the refund transferred to my bank account but have had no luck. Can anyone who has experienced this before please advise?
