PayPal Credit Issues

I have tried many times to buy a specific watch and use my PP credit. When I get to the point of purchase I get  the below

Your application can't be processed.

We're sorry but you won't be able to use PayPal Credit for this purchase. Please choose another payment method.

PayPal reserves the right to restrict use of the credit line depending on the circumstances of your transaction. It is recommended instead that you use another linked method to complete purchase. Or back out of the transaction if your other linked payment methods are not an option for you.
