Hello. I have recently purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner and did so by agreeing to 12 monthly payments via PayPal credit. Do I have to set up the monthly direct debits or will I get a notification when a payment is due? At the minute it says I have up to £1500 available, I have spent £349 but £0 is due. I tried to phone in and ask but had no joy with the automated machine so gave up.
I’ve had the same issue and now been charged a late payment fee. I assumed that Direct Debit was set up as they normal without me having to do anything
