So I pay via direct debit and it was meant to be claimed on the 13th. They didn’t claim although funds were there. Claimed they were taking £113 only took £61 and took it on the 16th and now have the cheek to charge me £12!!! Ridiculous, I’ve tried calling the number they give me on chat and it doesn’t connect and chat can’t help due to it being PayPal credit. Ridiculous!!!
