I have problem with my PayPal credit that can't accept my account for cant order to Ebay because what fault? I keep my PayPal credit detail as monthly payments and good balance down but this my paypol account fault? Or change new account of your ebay? That's same my bank account no problem but I can't phone as am DEAF difficult explain you understand
