Hello - My mother died on 10-9-19 and I just found out today that she has a paypal credit line and owes just over 2300.00 but she is considered a small estate as she did not have anything more than 700.00 in her checking account and lived soc security check to check. What are we supposed to do with this account? She did not have a Will
