I've recently paid off my credit balance in one lump sum and closed the account as the money had cleared at PayPals end but the payment has now been refused by PayPal even though they allowed me to close my credit account. The money has not left my Nationwide debit account and there is no record of a pending payment. Any help will be appreciated
