I purchased an item using Paypal in July 2020; paypal shows that amount added to my account to pay when the PayPal statement was issued. Its now October and PayPay has yet to post a statement showing that balance due. Is this because of COVID or is the issue with with PayPal not posting? Online chat was of no help and just told me to 'contact Paypal'. All I get are auto bot suggestions of what to check. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
