Realize that preferred payment preferences do not affect automatic payments/billing agreement settings.
Check your automatic payment profiles for the merchant(s):
Personal Acct:
Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments
Business Acct:
Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Money, banks and cards > Automatic payments > Set Automatic Payments
