So basically I placed an order with Ticketmaster for Wireless 2020 festival. I paid off the full credit balance before the 4 month interest free window ended. Due to coronavirus Wireless have cancelled the festival and have issued refunds, the problem is; my refund has been sent to my PayPal credit account and when contacting PayPal they seem to believe they can’t give me my refund or either put it in my PayPal available balance or my bank account. They’ve said I can use the refund by buying online using the PayPal credit card which makes no sense to me? Surely you can’t “top up” a credit card and also it’s not money they are owed because I paid off the full balance before I was even issued a refund? Any help is much appreciated Many thanks
