Payments you've made to PayPal credit using your PayPal account would be posted as a transaction with money coming out of your PayPal account which may show a negative (-) sign beside the amount. However, the payment to PayPal Credit would not reflect on your PayPal balance since PayPal Credit is a digital line of credit and not the payment processor system that is PayPal itself.
