Who do I contact to dispute the balance on my Pay Pal Credit account? I have talked to the outsourced third party collection company many times and was told the balance would be removed. This has been going on since the beginning of the year and I continue to receive calls multiple times per day but I keep being told it is pending. Who is it pending for and why is it taking this long? I have attempted to contact customer service but I keep getting transferred to the collection center because my account is delinquent. My next step is filing a complaint with the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and any other regulatory body I can find.
