PPP DOCUSIGN AUTHENTICATION FAILED, I'VE EMAILED AND CALLED DOZENS OF TIME, STILL NOTHING.....
I received an email from Piper to authenticate and sign, it asked questions about past vehicles owned etc. I completed it, however it told me - AUTHENTICATION failed, and to contact the sender. I started calling and emailing last Monday, to this day, I continue to get reminders to sign, YET IT WON'T ALLOW me to sign. I even tried copying the code in order to go directly into docusign, still nothing, all paths lead back to Piper the original underwriter. I'm hoping she is not out ill. Its disheartening to need it, be so close, then NOTHING... I've called the answering service, as they are the only ones we can speak with, they've sent messages, still nothing.... Suggestions welcome.. ANy news on your end?
