Everytime I try to check out via PayPal Credit I get a message saying: "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." when I try to log in to confirm the payment. what's going on?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
