Not getting to pay account with debit card.

I want to pay payment to paypal credit but keeps telling me to add bank account, I do not with to do that, I want to pay with debit card , in good standing

In the US, you can only make a PayPal Credit payment from either your available PayPal balance if you have a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account, or your linked bank account. Debit or credit cards are not accepted to pay your PayPal Credit bill.

So either add money to your PayPal balance to pay by linking a bank account or linking a bank account to pay direct from your bank account.
