What happened to Paypal customer service. It used to be great. Now, it's crap.
System keeps asking for my mobile number in order to logon. Spent over an hour "chatting" with Ruby Ann this morning, was told to change my password and the system still wants my mobile number. I do NOT want my mobile number associated with my account. I also called and was told that they couldn't do anything either.
For the past month Ive been having issues to access the paypal credit, i called them up 3 times and said 'accounts need to be linked" the linking says its already linked, I called them again and they said now I have to call paypal.
Called Paypal, they said "we are having technical problems" but, its been one month and its not fixed yet?
Im stressed they treat me like I'm a pinpong.
