New payment rules clarification...

I want to know how the new payment system works..  Apparently there is a minimum payment applied to regular balances too? 

I have about $250 due this month for no interest on purchaes 6 mo ago.. There is also a $36 minimum.. 

So is my payment $286 to avoid the applied interest on the 6 mo program?
