So I just opened a PayPal account three days ago, applied for pp credit and got approved for $2,000 credit. Problem is, it will only let me make small purchases. I tried to use my account to purchase a new tv online and it keeps denying me. I called twice and 1st time they said it had a block for large purchases and they would remove the block. But, before I could complete my purchase, the block went back in. Called again, they said there was no way to remove the block now, I have to make smaller purchases to create a buying history. I've never heard of getting ok'd for credit then being told how to use it. Not happy.
