I have looked all over the web site and can’t find the answer to my questions. I have been using me Paypal account to purchase items from a app called Mercari for years but just this past month it started charging everything I bought right out of my checking account and not to my PayPal credit account. All my settings say ( you have selected PayPal as your preferred way to pay). But it’s not working that way. Has something changed or have I mistakenly changed something?
