Need help with pp credit acount

I buy many items from ebay with my credit line and now i can't buy nothing from ebay with my pp credit line even the oldest purchased items that i buy with my credit line i try to buy it again y dont let me pay with pp credit.. someone can explain or help me with that problem.. thanks
