My credit repayments have been increased .

Yesterday, I was informed by a paypal operative in Dublin that my repayments on an item I bought on ebay have been increased from £12.12 to £17.09 per month but he couldn't tell me why  . He said he would put me through to customer service which I now realise doesn't exist . I've tried all the useless solutions paypal offer but of course, I've got nowhere 

Anybody got any ideas ?  Or, can someone tell me how I can get some sense out of paypal ?
