I have no Bank account or any credit card so I can't do something in the pending balance. My buyer sent that to me, turns out to be a pending balance. What happen If I gave him the item and I wait for 21 days to let the balance become available balance. Question is, can he take back the balance he sent to me inside that 21 days? Cuz I gave him the item.
