Hi, I have an instalment plan on PPC, it's a fixed number of months and a fixed amount by direct debit.
I also have a couple of no-interest promo offers (0% if paid within 3 months)
I paid £200 in to pay off one of the promo offers and PayPal applied it to my instalment plan!
The promo offer is still unpaid and starts attracting interest this month.
How can I pay a specific balance under PPC? I've tried emailing "support" but no response.
Currently my plan is to let the offer expire and start getting interest, then trying to pay again. No idea if that will work.
