You used to have a very convenient easy-to-read page that listed the eBay seller, the product bought, and the expiration date for paying off the eBay "buy $99+, get 6 months to pay." These promotional deferred interest payments are why I joined PayPal in the first place. Without this information, you are nearly worthless to me. Yes, this information appears on the statements, but the print is so small that my 74-year-old eyes with cataracts can barely read it. Why is this information no longer on your website? If it's still here, why isn't it easy to find? If it no longer exists here, why has this valuable information disappeared from your website, and why is it no longer available? This is age discrimination!
