Link PayPal credit to PayPal purchase

Aloha,I bid on item e bay,but when I press PayPal credit,get two answers #1 seller not eligible to receive PayPal credit #2 amount not in American dollars or something similar to this statement.Can I link PayPal credit to business address , e mail,etc., To send money owed to this business for item I bid on eBay?— Jupiter dive center ?So he can receive money owed?a

If our system has given you an error while payment with your PayPal Credit account, it may be that PayPal Credit is not available at that time to make the purchase. This can happen for multiple reasons as, for example, the reasons you listed above. Also, it may be that PayPal Credit has been made unavailable for that purchase as a security matter. In this case, we cannot change the security setting but you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue! If not, please use a different payment method to complete your purchase.
